The 1st sales consultant that was supposed to assist me was not ready to assist me as she was still on a call and yet called me to come to her desk. I expected that I was not happy then I said please transfer me to another person. Because I was already annoyed, I said I leaving. Then she insisted that Welca is ready to service me. I went to Welca and I received the best service of my life to date. Highest level of service excellence!!! I am honestly lost for words, the service was beyond excellence. Absa, please take care of this rare Gem. With my experience over the years, Absa has been struggling with walk in Branch customer service, it's people like Welca that truly represent the Brand and what it stands for.
