Absa Sandton City- door lady is no good
I am super happy with the service offered by Ms Boitumelo Digashu at ABSA Sandton City in printing me a statement for an account that has since closed. She was courteous, efficient and very polite. However Ms Stella Ramokgele at the entrance area of ABSA Sandton City was extremely appalling, she insisted that ABSA would not print me a statement for an account that's been closed for over a week. I literally had to force my way into the client services area to get assistance- what an unprofessional lady.
