ABSA's poor FICA handling chasing clients away

I do not enjoy escalating complaints to the public domain like this but ABSA is practically leaving me no other option.
I have been due to be re-FICA'ed since last year. Here's my fascinating experience to date:
1. I mailed my FICA documents to ABSA's designated [Email Removed] as I was requested to do, for the first time in September 2015 but received no response.
2. I mailed the same to them again in December and again received no response.
3. I mailed their [Email Removed] address to ask why I am not getting a response and again received no response.
4. In January 2016 I physically went to ABSA's Centurion Lifestyle branch to FICA myself. I was told that FICA had been concluded.
5. Last week, a credit card transaction was declined. When I phoned the call center they told me... you guessed it, I need to FICA myself.
6. After some complaining I was told that ABSA will \escalate\" the matter for me and I must mail my story to a special [Email Removed] address where it will be prioritised. Which I did on Wed last week.
Again I received no response, only an automated acknowledgement.
I have exhausted all escalation options, hellopeter is all that remains."
