ABSA's negligence causes no bond

Dearest ABSA

A while ago (1.5years) i took out a credit card with you. I was paying in extra cash each month via the atm and you were taking the monthly debit order. after I lost my job and stopped paying in extra, ABSA decided to stop my debit order without my concent, leaving me in the red for months until I realised that ABSA never took their money like they were supposed to according to the contract. I then called them and arranged for my debit order to be instaded in NOc 2016, they did not do this and still i was left running my card into the red. in March their attorney called me and asked if I would like to 'arrange' something. i said ofcourse because I pay my debts. so since April AbSA has been taking their debit order. i explained all of this to the attorney and they said they understand and they will ask absa not to mark my credit score as negative. Now I am battling to get a bond because absa decided to stop my debit order and took my finacial status and credit score in their own hands. I ask absa to send me a letter correcting my credit with ABSA.
