ABSA'S ATTORNEYS OMITTED TO INCLUDE LIFE COVER

My bond with Absa Bank was registered in October 2013. I made enquiries this year as to why I am not receiving any statement from Absa Bank at all. My address was confirmed, and to date hereof, almost 2 years later, I STILL DO no receive any bank statements. I also found out this year, that Absa Bank's attorneys omitted to include Life cover on my bond that was registered. I also found this out when I made enquires about the statements I am not receiving. After 25 years of being a loyal client of Absa Bank, this is the service I am receiving. What if something happened to me in the meantime. I was not covered by the Life Policy, and I am still not. How are you going to rectify this error Absa Bank. It was a condition of the bond, why did your attorneys not make sure all the conditions were met ?
