ABSA's again proving why you should not use them

<p>To make a long story short. I'm trying get an advance on my current home loan to do improvements at my house. I've gone the whole route with ABSA app**** and got credit approval now only the value assessment needs to be done. The credit approval was give 9 Feb and I'm still waiting. Everytime I get a poor excuse - they cant't find my current suburb on their system, ALTHOUGH my current bond on this house is with ABSA?? I'm extremely frustrated and contemplating moving my whole portfolio over to another bank as I've been with ABSA for 20 year and never missed ONE payment and this is the Horrible horrible unprofessional treatment I get as a private bank member!! PATHETIC, I don't even want to know how the poor normal guys get treated.</p>
