Absa ruin my life
Bad service, i have deposited money at absa then i realised that a teller has put wrong reference number after printed deposit slip when i checked i find that 1 digit was incorrect. When i asked her to rectify she show unexpected response and attitude to me, worst part it my graduation day tomorrow the money is now deposited in a correct account number but will be allocted to wrong student since the reference number is incorrect. Absa you ruin my life just in a second after i build up my career for years

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Please can you provide me with your account number to enable me to log a formal complaint for you, can you also provide the amount deposited the reference number it should be and the incorrect reference used, the teller number who assisted you as well.
Please also take note that if the incorrected account was credited we need to make contact with the 3rd party first to obtain permission to debit their account with the said amount, with the consent of the account holder the Bank cannot debit.

Which university have attended that can postspone graduation day because of R250 stucked with absa due to *********, poor customer service? On your correspondance you said i need to get an attorney for represent me on a matter of irrational, ill discipline absa employees who does not care for other people life ? Representing me for R250 that has deposited in absa with incorrect reference number? Really stop fooling me close that case i will talk to university myself and pay another 250 cos my life and achievment matters a lot than your pathetic ****** employees who take advantage of me because im poor black man
