Absa robs us by charging us reversal fees

Absa penalises clients for their poor controls and oversight over debit orders. Last month i had a R100 debit order initiated out of the blue. I had no idea who or what this was for. On two days i tried to use my app to reverse this but it was not reflecting under debit orders. I then approached absa per email and they reversed it but charged me a R45 fee for this. Why charge me when their poor systems allowed this *****ulent ttansaction?
