Absa Robs people, uses people, then discard us like she***

I am very disappointed with how Absa mistreated my father ,at his worst time. On the 9th of this Month they broke into our house and took almost everything they could. The family was not home. My dad came home to an almost empty house even couches were taken.he called the police, and logged a complaint with his insurance. (Absa Insurance) however. the assessor who came to assist him, made a complete fool of my father and used his Vulnerable state. We had old laptops on top of the kitchen counter obviously they weren't taken by the *******. But they did take the new one and his printer. My dad is self employed and obviously has had These things even while we were growing up. This man (assessor) made him sign a confession saying that he is sorry for the laptop and printer .it was not ******. However it was ****** and he is referring to the old stuff. When people break into your home and invade your privacy, your mind does get affected that's one of the reason s we go to see social workers for us to come to our Normal senses. He was not himself it took him a week to even tell us what had happened to him that's how bad it affected him. My father was contacted yesterday 26/03/2018- by the same assessor saying that his claim has been rejected. Because he committed *****!! Do you know what the word ***** means sir?? When you take our black family's money and call them for insurance it's all fair and well. But when you need to pay .their claims are being rejected. Put your self in his shoes just for a second and maybe just maybe you will understand. ***** is what you comitted ,taking advantage of someone's state. You even said you will spend four hours yet you only spent less then three hours manipulating the old man. This second a bank has failed us at home and we not taking it lightly this time. I want Absa to review this Whole thing. Because IL go as far as I can to object it. I want justice for my father. We are and average family but not stupid. I would like someone to contact me regarding this issue as soon as possible.

Assessor was : Mervin Govender
