ABSA robs customers

Absa robs customers. I've had issues for months with Absa and finally decided to close my credit card account. I asked for a settlement balance which I paid after the public holidays and paid extra too. Now Absa wants me to pay more. As my balance stands, Absa owes me and now wants me to still pay an additional amount. What for? They ******* and rob their customers. I am taking this to the ombudsman
