absa robs clients

Im looking at charges on my account to a total value of about R380 im sick of absa and their charges very bad service from absa. I pay a monthly fee of R98 plus all these charges. The R98 includes a whole package now absa charges me extra all the time. Im with absa about 2and half years and this is now my 4th card as it malfunctions all the time. Absa needs to call me back and explain to me whats going on because im tired of these charges.
