Absa Robbing Customers

About 3 years back i underwent Debt Counselling offwhich Absa was informed and therefore I could not use my Credit card that I had with them .Absa blocked my credit card and eversince then I have not been able to use till to-date.No transcations have been taking place eversince.I have now informed Absa that I went out of Debt counselling , and all of a sudden boom, I am receiving SMS that I owe Absa R80 on a credit card that i have not been using the past 3 years.Absa wouldnt allow me access on the credit , and the credit card was paid off a 2 years back .How is it now that all of a sudden my account can owe ? I spoke to an Absa agent by the name of Queen who was not very friendly and quite rude actually.So its Absa robbing people and employing rude agents !
