ABSA Robbing clients with Es

My Father passed away on the 14th Feb 2018. On the 5th March 2018 an appointment was set by the Estate Call Centre, to have a Telephonic interview with a lady by the name of Diane Goosen. On the 12th March 2018 @ 11 o'clock Diana Goosen called me and we had a recorded Telephonic Interview for 45min. Discussing the process for the Late Estate. I told her we would like to renounce the Will and she kind’a refused. I did not hear from Diana up until the 26th April 2018 and I was astonished to find out that. She sent me a Promofa Cash Reconciliation Statement of what looked like THUMB SUCKED evaluations on my Late Father's Estate. My Dad left behind a 4 Bedroomed House fully furnished with urban style furniture. 3 Security Gates, a Double Garage with remote access control, 4 Security Cameras, Carports both back and front of the house, Built Ins in both bathrooms, kitchen and all 4 bedrooms, fully tilled and fully furnished. He also left behind an SLK, Toyota Corolla and Toyota Hilux. Which all have a service History and yet all this was winded up to R 590 567.19. (not even the property is worth that much) There’s also an ABSA Investment Account that was not added on the Profoma Cash Reconciliation Statement (what’s was going to happen to it had I not know about it?). After all her liability charges, our Balance as a Family is R 125 525.86. Did my Father work all his life so we can be ****** and humiliated by ABSA? Is this how ABSA treats theirs clients? Diane Goosen is not even the Executor of this Account. How does ABSA allow this? This is *****!!!
