Absa ****** me of my money

My credit card is linked with my Cheque account. I recently withdrew a large sum from my Cheque account using my Credit Card at an ATM. Imagine my surprise when I now saw that Absa ripped me off, not only did they withdraw the cash from my credit account, they also smoked me for 100 bucks for a cash withdrawal. I want my money back and this issue rectified immediately or I will go lay a complaint with SAPS.
