Absa Road cover

A call centre agent from absa had transfered my call after me calling into the bank for assistance. The agent sold me a road cover of which I didn't even pay attention due to the anger level I was on. After ending the call I get an email saying welcome to road cover so I rep**** to the email and asked them to cancel the policy. I have sent 15 emails without any help from absa and yes guess what they tried to debit my account for the cover. I stopped using the account due to them being so unprofessional and still they send an email saying please pay for your failed debit order regarding the cover. I feel this is now being forced on me because I have numerous email to prove I requested it to be canceled.
