ABSA RIPS CUSTOMER OFF
Suddenly internet charges increase from a few rand a month to R117.<br> On enquiry I am kept on hold for 30 minutes.<br> ABSA claims this is the charge for making an \immediate payment"<br> They are unwilling to reverse it.<br> Pathetic"
