ABSA ripping me off on credit car type !!!!

Terrible experience ,I'm closing and moving banks after 30 years. They are charging me 30%more then double the repo rate on a credit card ,and all they say it's the type of credit card and nothing they can do after 20attempts ,when I got the credit card I wasn't even paying double the repo rate ,and was not explained to me when I signed for such a thing ,who would ,they are hiding behind jargon and ripping customers off ,do not trust your money with ABSA they have a municipalities out look on customer service ,stay away!!
