ABSA - ******* nacity

I have a Gold Bundle Account which I really regret opening as it is becoming ****************. I have just been hit with over R1200 worth of bank charges - not for the first time either . I don't understand my debit order mandates( Debi check is the last day of the month - I get hit on the 25th with these debit orders - no warning and the bank charges me R150 per debit order. So Now I am out of pocket by over R1200 and Debi check is supposed to ensure we get debited on time. I am so mad and disappointed at the same time , ABSA is a ******* ..thats for sure . Before I close my account I want the bank to explain why can a debit be raised prior to date and without arrangement debit me. Why is it legal to charge me this ridiculous amount of money and it is not my error .
