Absa Rip-off

Ok so I take my daughters coin savings into the bank all packed into packets by denominations Get to ABSA get to front of bulk till told they don’t do coins in this way and the do not exchange coins for cash money. I have to take it home repack it into their money bags in the amounts stamped on the side of the bags. Then I will be charged a handling fee and deposit fee for them to put it into my account. Then to draw it for daughter I will be charged a withdraw fee. So the bank takes service fees three times for one transaction and you have to do all the work for them or they will not take the coins from you. Why then am I charged a deposit fee and a cash handling fee and I have to do all the work. This to me is a total ripoff
