ABSA ridiculous charges

I opened a cheque account I was told that it's R89.00 a month then I got a shock of my life that month end with a statement saying I owe R289,then I told them the product that was sold to me it was R89.00 and then I wrote to Hello Peter they called and told me not to pay that R289.

Then I told them I wanna close the account cause it seems as if I'll complain about the very same thing every month that was somewhere in November then late last month I got a HUGE shock of my life with a sms saying I owe R909,

ABSA how come I was not called when my account was owing R200 or,300 and then out of the blue I now owe 909 I told u from the first incident that your charge's are ridiculous and am I also closing the account this bank is the worse shame
