ABSA ridiculous admin fees!!

ABSA deducted R2600 from my account according to them for admin fees... they cannot provide me a contract where i agreed to these fees not proof that i was informed of fees that rose ,ive phoned them repeatedly and has been sent on a wild goose chase to get my own money back. as is i cannot pay my rent and has been given notice because of this and nowhere i have been assisted in this. i have logged a complaint but alas nothing came from it. i am demanding my money back! it is ridiculous to deduct R2600 from my account and trying to cover it as admin fees
