ABSA Richards bay consultants terrible customer service

The level of unprofessionalism by Absa Richards Bay Consultants. I visited the branch around 14h00 the consultants complained about being tired and wanting to close the branch then ignored me until i asked if they are willing to assist me. They sent me from pillar to post and still eventually left the branch not assisted which is a completely different service i received in the Boksburg branch. As one of the premium clients I'm very shocked, disappointed by all the bank consultants who avoided at all cost to assist me while chatting to themselves about how tired they are..... I'm definitely considering moving my business elsewhere.
