Absa Rewards - What a rip-off

Beware of Absa rewards, I was a level 4 rewards member, logged onto banking and saw I only earn 1% on fuel at Sasol, then I saw I'm all of a sudden a level 1 client. I have 3 home loans, a vehicle loan, a savings and a cheque account with them. I thought you earn 5% at Sasol regardless. Would be nice to at least let you know that they are no longer giving you something as when you signed up.
