Absa rewards vouchers still do not work. Pathetic service.

Literally a day after the Absa consultant phoned me to find out about my voucher that did not work, I accepted another Absa rewards challenge and got a voucher. Once again, to my dismay, the voucher that expires on 5 January 2023 doesn’t work when entering the Nandos code online. This is truly the most pathetic service I have come across. After all the complaints, you would think Absa would get it right. I don’t know how many times I have wasted my time with the same issue. Perhaps it is time to move to a bank that will treat me as a valued client instead of staying with one that feels it ok to waste my time with these silly Absa rewards and challenges.
