ABSA Rewards voucher not working again
This is not the first time the voucher does not work. On Friday, I got my reward voucher. To my dismay it didn’t work when entering the Nandos code at the store. This happened previously at the end of March. This is truly horrible service. Can Absa get it right?? What a waste of time logging a Hellopeter to get Absa’s attention. I have wasted my time with the same issue on numerous occasions.

14 Jun 2026, 17:10Disappointing resolution from Absa. I was told to go back to the store to check the voucher again that initially didn’t work.
I eventually went back and the voucher worked this time. Absa had no consideration for the time and inconvenience.
Given Absa’s lack of consideration, I have started moving my investments out of my Absa portfolio to other companies that take their customers seriously.
