Absa rewards voucher not issuing due to error

I took part in a challenge on Absa rewards and was told I could claim a voucher of R50,at various food outlets I chose Nandos and the voucher cannot be issued due to an error I also tried other outlets but still saying error in issuing the voucher and it expires on the 02/04/2025.Suchba ******* cos it will expire I won't be able to download the voucher and ABSA will say I had till the 02/04/2025 to download it.
