ABSA Rewards Upgrade to TIER 5, is it a Myth?

I, Kenneth Webber, contacted ABSA regarding my Tier Rewards some time ago why I am not upgraded to TIER 5, the message I received back is because I do not have any ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE, and that their records do not show that I have any ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE. If ABSA can check their records, they will find that I indeed bought several vehicles via ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE. Check for account number *** as proof of one AVAF eNOTIFICATION Letter received and dated 21/11/2025. The next TIER Level 5 have Beter % Rewards points and as per info received I cannot be upgrade to this Level due to not having an ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE. My concern is that for some years now I do not benefit from this rewards system and did query it with Reference number if I recall correctly ***6. No feedback received the past week, and I would like to know why ABSA cannot find my Vehicle finance which during the telephone calls informed me that they do not see this on the system, and if they do find it will my rewards be back calculated the way it should reflect, and why is it taking so long to receive feedback?
