Absa Rewards Travel *****s your money

Last night I used Absa rewards to book a airticket. The website kept on hanging at processing payment then when after the 25 minute wait it errors when I checked the money was gone. So made more attempts. Now absa rewards says I booked these tickets and they refuse to refund me. Never use this website to book airtickets
