Absa rewards takes money

I complained that I am losing money with my Absa rewards. They deducted the annual fee of /- R260 I received R63 in benefits. Wanted to cancel now but will lose the benefit completely after I paid for the year. I wanted to cancel today and was told I have to phone back in 11 months. If I cancel today I would have paid for the service full price for only 1 month. VERY bad service of Absa taking money but does not give good backup. The customer service Representative could not care more that I have paid the fee.
