Absa rewards - Such a disappointment
Absa rewards - Such a disappointment.
I am not receiving an Absa Rewards score for my bond with Absa bank. According to the call center consultant, I'm not getting a score because the debit order did not go off for the payment of the bond. How can the consultant tell me this while I'm looking at my bank statement showing that the debit order went off??
Why is it such a pain to get the rightful score for the products I have with Absa??
Please rectify.
