Absa rewards stole my money

The Absa rewards took my money without my approval and they said they will be fund it back and now it's taking more 10 days to a month. The incident happened two months ago and they don't want to bring my money back.<br> Feel like the bank is *****ing my money because I never ever agreed to what they did
