ABSA REWARDS stability all over the show - border incompetency and bad service
This is the umpteenth time that I have to complain about ABSA REWARDS.
Tier level dropping from 5 to 1 overnight and it taking a Mammoth effort every time to get them to correct it.... Why has the underlying issue not been identified yet ??? It has now happened 3 times in less than a year !! Simply Unacceptable !!
This is really not on ABSA - I KNOW you can do better ! - Please my Bank, get your act together !!!
