ABSA REWARDS ROBS CLIENTS

Absa rewards and Absa action line are not assisting me to resolve my complaint C-***5 Absa rewards has *****ulently downgraded my Tier on my rewards and has not paid my rewards correctly for 2 months now . They claim that i have cancelled my Absa Instant life policy and we have sent them proof that the policy is active and i went as far as conferencing Absa Rewards to Absa Instant Life to confirm this . They have now closed my case as resolved but it is not resolved . They are no longer responding to my email . I have called several times also which takes hours of talktime to get through and they never resolve the issue . Lerato Mfolo closed the case with no resolution .
