ABSA Rewards raises the bar

Finally started earning some real reward through ABSA Rewards programme only for them to raise the bar and make it even more difficult to reach the upper tiers. I've banked with ABSA for approx 18 years, my house and car are financed through them. We have a will with them, Investment Advantage Acc as well as a Trusave account into which we deposit many monthly and this is the REWARD you get. Having the Trusave account is now null as this doesn't contribute anymore, home loan points have been slashed in half. This year ABSA decided to change the points structure to suite themselves, not reward its loyal clients. Furthermore the benefits between tiers is so drastic. Tiers 1 - 3 earn peanuts whilst 4 sees a somewhat decent reward and tier 5 which is almost unattainable has huge rewards. Lastly there is no way to tell what points you have been awarded for the month, where did you miss out, how can you improve you status? Not very transparent.
