Absa Rewards query being delayed my account is up

I have not received my absa rewards for the past two months,when i called they were going to check my accounts this was on the 9th,i called on the 18th June spoke to Maxine but did not get a clear answer,i called on the 19th June today spoke to Lerato still im not getting an answer as to why have i not being receiving my rewards,my accounts are not in areas whatsoever im not being assisted.
