ABSA Rewards - Not so rewarding

ABSA goes out of their way to advertise how "good" their rewards program is, and that you can earn up to 15%, blah, blah, blah. I've recently moved all my accounts to ABSA, and made sure that my home loan and vehicle finance is with ABSA, so that I can earn these points, perhaps extra money at the end of the year. However, this idea was short lived. Ever since I've joined this program I had to contact the contact centre each month due to an issue, be it that I am on the wrong tier level. The most recent one was the misallocation of rewards. I have swiped my credit card at the ABSA partner garage, but non of these transactions were taken into account. This problem was reported on 2017/10/03, and I am still waiting for a result, they do not followup, only when you call them, and looks like the only thing they can do is to update notes on their system. ABSA, your service and support on your products are really PATHETIC!!!
