Absa rewards not rewarding

Absa has a rewards program and for a while it worked but the last few months my rewards has been at a complete standstill. I closed one of my accounts last year but was assured that everything would be working normal on my other account as it was linked to my profile. At some stage towards the end of last year, a lady from Absa Rewards called to inform me of some changes to the program and to tell me of the new benefits and asked if I would like to reinstate the rewards. I told her I wasn't aware that it was ever stopped or cancelled and she said that she would find out, this never happened. forward a couple of months and still nothing. Is this rewards program also a hoax??? I want this corrected and backdated to where it stopped please
