ABSA Rewards not Paid
I never got my ABSA rewards on 1 Dec 2020. ABSA has been neglecting to calculate it correct for months and almost every month I need it recalculated. I get paid a few hubdred rand pm but when recalculated its almost R2000 pm. ABSA keep downgeading my Tier from 5 to 1 or 2.
This .month however O was paid R0. Bad service and unacceptable. This needs to be regulated by Reserve Bank.
