Absa Rewards not keeping to their conditions

I had a very good experience for the past two years and suddenly this year I am having some very bad outcomes from them.

Every three months my rewards are not paid out as I am on Tier 5 and I know they are paying me alot but Absa is also benefiting from all the products I have with them.

I queried with you why last month was not paid out and it is now three weeks with no response.

My last challenge was also not honored .

I even referred the matter to Action line and no response.

Very disappointing for a customer who has been with you for almost 30 years.
