Absa rewards not giving percentage they advertise

Beware, Absa just responds on Hello Peter to make them look good and like they respond to their customers after that nothing happens. I'm on level 4 Absa rewards, filled with petrol at Sasol garage and the some rewards work out to 4.4%, I'm suppose to earn 6% or even 5% if for some reason I was still on level 3.
