Absa rewards nor rewarding at all!!

#ABSA #rewards #ABSARewards is the most unrewarding rewards program with empty promises! I've been contacting the rewards call centre the last 3 months to increase my rewards rating and to confirm that the changes I've made to my profile do comply with the requirements. The call center keeps on confirming that I am complying and my rewards tier rating will be updated on the 15th of the month. Comes the 15th of the month and nothing happens. They then say it will be updated at month end. Comes month end and nothing is updated. The call center then sets the new deadline for the 15th of the next month. I wonder when the ABSA rewards call center will be able to give accurate feedback regarding the rewards system that the loyal clients can earn rewards! #FRUSTRATED
