Absa rewards must not like me, but they sure like wasting my time, and taking my money.

I have been having the same recurring issue with ABSA rewards going on 6 weeks. I have resolved nothing, I have called, I have sent emails, I have been into the branch 4 times, and nothing has been resolved. Nothing, but my ticket. Fortunately my ticket has been marked as resolved so I guess that means they no longer plan on servicing my issue.
