ABSA Rewards Miscalculation Again
ABSA again miscalculated my ABSA Rewards. I am on Tier 5 even without including my savings balance with a balance of 845 and including the short term insurance located inside my personal loan (and this was compulsory by ABSA) its 860. So yes, I am on Tier 5 and yet ABSA downgrade my Tier to not pay 30% rewards but pay Tier 4 rewards.
I've did the calculation for ABSA and sent it via email to them. Let's see if they are able to get to a conclusion after a week and a half sitting with it.

10 Sept 2024, 09:13ABSA responded on 10 Sep 2024 and conveniently again omitted my savings account reward = 55 and my recurring payment monthly into my savings account = 10. They are doing their utmost to try get me below 800 points to avoid paying the 30% rewards due.
