ABSA rewards is a ****...don't waste your time with it.

ABSA is such a mess after the rebranding/restructure. I am struggling for months to resolve the smallest issues. I had a case open for 2 months on ABSA rewards where I was supposed to receive 15% cash back by using they're booking platform for travel. The whole system is *****ed up, after 2 days of struggling to get the payment to process, I nearly missed the flight, and had to book direct with the airline, using the same card it processed immediately. Never mind not receiving the cash back, because of the delay it cost me R2500 extra. I followed up weekly, and kept getting promised someone would look into it, Even got promised management got involved, next moment the case is closed...no feedback, no progress.

I guess we need to get used to the Africanacity
