ABSA REWARDS IS A HUGE ****

My ABSA rewards as well as my 4 kids rewards program is a huge problem, almost every month. vouchers either come through and can never be honored at the Merchant as the voucher shows up as invalid or when we waste airtime downloading the vouchers , they never come through. End up wasting calls to the call centre who cannot assist anyway. WHAT A HUGE **** ABSA IS RUNNING. PLEASE CANCEL MY ABSA NON REWARDS.
