Absa rewards is a ****

You all probably heard of absa rewards and their great cash back. To be on their highest tier to earn maximum cash back one has to have basically everything from insurance to finance and a bond. For the last few months i have been fighting with them that I am on the highest rewards tier and even the agents who checked my profile had agreed. But despite them acknowledging this they still failed to rectify the matter for 3 straight months. Hence instead of earning 30% cash back from rewards partners I only get a mere 6.5%, I can guarantee you people out there that i am not alone and that there are 1000s of you out there who are also earning lower than promised. What a way for a bank to get customers by promising them 30% but intentionally giving them less. A great marketing technique if you ask me. I basically had it with them its time for e bucks.
