Absa Rewards incorrect calculation and no feedback

My Absa rewards was calculated incorrectly. I raised this and sent an email to the team on the 2nd of February 2026. I keep calling and following up via email, but I'm sent from pillar to post without any assistance. I have spoken to Zanele Mahlaba, Lindokuhle Sithebe, and many other colleagues. To top it off Lindokuhle promised me feedback by the Monday 16 Feb after I emphasized that I will continue to hold until someone helps me...then I made the 19th call on the 18th of Feb 2026 and spoke to Hlengiwe Madlala and she also promised that she had escalated the matter and that the Team Leader Palesa Rampopo would call me on the same day before close of business...today on the 19th of Feb I reached out to the team again. I also sent a message to Palesa Rampopo and still no feedback from anyone.
