Absa Rewards - impossible to actually register

I have been trying to register for Absa Rewards for months and months now. I try on the App and it keeps bombing out with an error message. I try calling, but of course don't get to speak to an actual human. And after i give an ID number and # - it just remains silent, and nothing happens further.

The links on the website are broken, and nowhere can I find the Rewards section anywhere on the app! The Help on your website is useless. It gives vague instructions on where to find this on the app, which has not helped me at all to find Rewards Section on the App.

I wanted to join before booking my flights, but have been fighting so much with this today I have given up.

Please can an actual person get in touch to assist, as this is beyond ridiculous now.
