ABSA Rewards

After 4 emails about my ABSA reward which i dont receive ABSA still did not contact me to sort out the problem. So now i received an email saying its because im under debt review and i dont pay my full instalment on my vehicle what bull**** is this. So because im trying to sort out my debt i must be punished. Nice ABSA thats the support you give to a customer.
