Absa Rewards Does You In

I am beyond dissapointed with Absa. Not only have I been a loyal customer who would recommend them to even the biggest cynic, I believed their rewards programme was a real way of giving back to a customer. <br> <br> I have had my 20 odd rand deducted monthly from my account. Now i have a negative ballance on my rewards account. <br> <br> I cannot put into words how frustrating it is to have a bank work like this with a customer. <br> <br> I would appreicate it if Absa would solve this ASAP. I am not being rewarded. I am being punished.
